Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any aspect of your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns on intimates, final sale/clearance items, or in the event of buyer's remorse.
2. To initiate a return, please email us at contact@ldnx-store.com with your order number and reason for return. Please provide images/documentation on the form to support your request. If approved, you will receive instructions via email for the next steps.
3. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected unless otherwise communicated to you. It may take 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
4. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process.
5. In most cases, we will advise you to keep the defective item and a replacement will be sent to you (shipping rates may apply).
6. While we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges/refunds for any reason not covered under consumer protection laws, we want our customers to be satisfied with their experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us immediately for a resolution.
