Shipping & Payment Info
We aim to provide reliable shipping for our customers.
- Shipping times and rates will vary based on your location, selected products, and delivery options.
- Free standard shipping is available only in North America and Europe. Flat rate shipping for all other destinations, including Asia, Australia, Antarctica, Africa, South America, and the Middle East.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow the progress of your delivery.
- If your delivery address is inaccurate or deemed inadequate, we or our shipping carriers may contact you to obtain the information needed to fulfill your order. By placing an order, you agree to receive email or telephone communication from us regarding your order.
- Any additional delays and/or charges incurred as a result of customer error are the responsibility of the customer. We will promptly notify you of any changes to your order.
- Orders are processed once your payment has cleared (1-3 business days). During peak times, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
- We cannot cancel or modify an order after it has shipped. You retain the right to refuse a delivery, but we cannot issue refunds or make changes once an order has been processed.
- We accept major debit and credit cards. All payments are processed through encrypted and secure gateways via Stripe.
- We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping. If a product is not up to standards, you may be eligible for a refund/exchange in the event of a manufacturing error or incorrect item (photos required).
- Please note that shipping fees are not refunded and the customer may be charged for additional shipping costs related to an exchange/reorder. We require your written consent prior to issuing any additional charges to your payment method.
